For those of you who have relevant semiconductor manufacturing experience this process could mean new opportunities. Perhaps a counter trend to the H1B job hijacking that is happening on U.S. soil. As crazy as it might seem, applying your experience in China may get you a fat looking paycheck and future opportunities. Maybe China is the place where experience is understood to come with age and experience actually counts.This is approach is completely opposed to the U.S.where age and experience are considered a liability.
