Though not directly related to our case; however, closely linked, the EEOC has issued a press release regarding diversity in the workplace. It looks like this Federal Agency is being pushed to take a position on things that are close to our hearts. Note that age discrimination did not necessarily receive the highlights that it truly deserves. The AARP indicates that they are working to introduce a new focus into the EEOC work schedule to amend this situation.
