When legal justice was actively being pursued, even tens of million dollar defense, spent on a large law office employing 900 attorneys, actually ended up in a major blowout for their law violating corporate client. As much as it defies popular common beliefs, even little "David" can beat "Goliath" once the facts and relentless persistence were presented to review of the U.S. Federal Court. My fight for seeking justice for myself and potentially 17,000 affected employees was not in vain. Just beware that "Copy Exact" is not necessarily a good doctrine for pursuing successful outcome in the real world. Sometimes you need to be able to "walk on water".
