How to create a new Eliminati Chapter

Is this the process to follow?
  1. Get permission from your direct Manager first.
  2. Submit a set of Powerpoint slides to your Management team for kibbitzing and a thousand questions
  3. Get approval from all other Stakeholders who have veto power, but not any kind of final approval power
  4. Get approval from Legal
  5. Get approval from ... ?
Or, is this the process to follow?
  1. You have been let go or voluntarily left The Company
  2. There is a nice coffee house or pub near you and others
  3. You tell some people you are going to be there at a certain time, and to pass it on.
  4. You be there at that time

If you want to use The Eliminati name for such a meeting, please do so with our blessings.

There is a scene in the movie "The Shawshank Redemption", where the character Red is finally outside of prison after 40 years as an inmate.  But, ...

Forty years I been asking permission to piss. I can't squeeze a drop without say-so.   --Red

The only person's say-so you need now, is your own.

How I Got A Job Offer - one member's story

One of our members, Tom Litterer, has gotten a job offer!  Congratulations Tom!  His start date is October 10th.

The process he went thru was re-evaluating his requirements with his Career Counselor, and then doing a lot of networking in person with many different people.  And also did steps to scan and tweak his resume.

Here is a link to a PDF describing what he did:  TomL-Job-Search-steps-2016.pdf
Enjoy.

Those on the Eliminati List can ask him questions.
